Sharad Sinha s a Research Scientist with the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He is also a corresponding editor with IEEE Potentials and an associate editor with ACM Ubiquity. He obtained his Ph.D. in computer engineering from NTU (Singapore) and thereafter worked at HKUST (Hong Kong) and NUS (Singapore). He is fascinated with the developments in a wide range of topics related to computing but sees all this from a non-research perspective as well. His primary research and teaching interests are in the areas of embedded systems, computer architecture, reconfigurable computing and high performance computing as well as their intersection with other application areas like medical devices and machine vision.

Dr. Rodrigo Nieto is a Research Professor in Monterey, California. He is a strategist and futurist focused on the consequences of the accelerating pace of change in homeland security and policing environments. He is a research professor at the National Security Affairs Department and at the Center for Homeland Defense and Security at the Naval Postgraduate School and he is also a certified facilitator for the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST).

For a decade, Dr. Nieto has taught hundreds of high ranking law enforcement, military and homeland security leaders how to create and execute strategies to transform their agencies to meet the requirements of a rapidly changing environments threat profiles. As an innovation expert and an academically trained geostrategist, he has built a reputation as an expert on future threats to national security and policing and how to confront them.

He has multiple publications describing the adaptation capacities of global organized crime, the public policy challenges of innovation and intrapreneurship in government and homeland security, asymmetric warfare and cybersecurity.

Sandeep Kumar Das works is a software tester with a bachelor's degree in technology. His professional interests include software engineering, software testing, software quality, software security, requirements engineering, and technical documentation. He likes spending time with family and friends, cycling in the woods, and reading.

Albert Borgmann (German-born American philosopher) a Regent Professor has been teaching philosophy for last four decades at The University of Montana. His latest publication is Real American Ethics: Taking Responsibility for Our Country (Chicago, 2006). His main interests include philosophy of technology, ethics and philosophy of society.

Kemal A. Delic is a senior technologist with Hewlett-Packard Co. He is also an Adjunct Professor at PMF University in Grenoble, Advisor to the European Commission FET 2007-2013 Programme and Expert Evaluator for Horizon 2020.

Philip Yaffe was born in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1942 and grew up in Los Angeles, where he graduated from the University of California with a degree in mathematics and physics. In his senior year, he was also editor-in-chief of the Daily Bruin, UCLA's daily student newspaper.

He has more than 40 years of experience in journalism and international marketing communication. At various points in his career, he has been a teacher of journalism, a reporter/feature writer with The Wall Street Journal, an account executive with a major international press relations agency, European marketing communication director with two major international companies, and a founding partner of a specialized marketing communication agency in Brussels, Belgium, where he has lived since 1974. Dr. Lewis Perelman has more than 40 years of experience focused on the processes of innovation and transformation, as a strategic analyst, consultant, author, publisher, teacher, and thought leader. Dr. Perelman has written, edited, or contributed to 13 books and over 100 other publications. As an author, Dr. Perelman produced School’s Out, a best-selling book based on the research project he directed at the Hudson Institute.
